  • Naseeha Psychiatry is primarily an "out-of-network" practice, meaning billing happens directly between patient and provider. Your insurance can reimburse you for out-of-pocket expenses and we will help file reimbursement claims with your insurance.

    • Initial psychiatric evaluation - $350

  • The philosophy of this practice is "direct patient care." This means we prioritize the doctor-patient relationship first, and we emphasize physician accountability to the patient alone. We aim to minimize the role a third party, like insurance, can have in treatment.

  • If you have “out-of-network” benefits with your insurance company, then yes!

    Your provider can help verify your benefits and file a claim on your behalf for insurance reimbursement.

    You can also do this yourself using the "Use Your Insurance" button on this website or we can provide a "superbill" invoice that you can submit to insurance yourself.

  • Nothing is due at the time of scheduling, but a valid form of payment is needed to be kept on file. There will be no surprise billing.

  • A valid form of payment kept on file is required for services at Naseeha Psychiatry. No charges will be made if there is a dispute. There will never be any surprise charges.

  • Conditions treated include, but are not limited to: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma related disorders, as well as associated comorbidities. The goal of this practice is to ensure every patient gets the level of care they deserve. Sometimes that will not be with Naseeha Psychiatry. For safety reasons, and due to the nature of this practice, we cannot provide certain forms of treatment.

    Naseeha Psychiatry is not clinically appropriate for substance use disorders, active suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, severe and persistent mental illness, and certain personality disorders.

    This practice is not a replacement for hospital-based community mental health clinics, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient treatment, or emergency response.   • After a free phone consultation to get to know each other, an initial psychiatric evaluation can be booked.

    Your doctor will then conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, provide a diagnosis, and discuss various treatment options.

    Of note, your initial visit is not an agreement to treat you. We want to make sure you receive the most appropriate level of care, and sometimes that will not be with Naseeha Psychiatry. For safety reasons, and due to the nature of this practice, we cannot provide certain forms of treatment.

  • Yes. If you would like a single second-opinion evaluation without establishing a treatment relationship, this can be done for the same appointment fees.

  • Your first visit is an initial evaluation/consultation, and if this practice offers the appropriate level of care for you, a follow-up visit be scheduled at the appropriate interval to ensure adequate treatment. Your doctor may determine that they are not appropriately suited to provide the level of care you need. The initial consultation is not an agreement to treat you.

  • Patients can send an electronic message to their doctor on the patient portal 24/7, the doctor will respond during business hours within 24-48 hours. If you need immediate help, call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 (available 24 hours a day) or call 988.

    You can request prescription refills in between appointments by messaging your doctor on the patient portal. Depending on the circumstances, your doctor may request an appointment before refilling medications.

  • 48 hours notice is required for cancellation. There is no penalty for cancelling/rescheduling if given sufficient notice.

    Within 48 hours prior to the appointment start time, there is a cancellation fee of $150.
